Your Privacy
Does Tracktive use and save your location while the Tracktive App is in use?
- Yes, the Tracktive does use location tracking while in use.
- Location tracking is used specifically for Geo Fencing enabled projects
- All activities and pictures created while Tracktive is in use are Geo Tagged.
- The use of this data is ONLY for the use of Tracktive App and handling of this data strictly complies with data use policies outlined below.
Who can access information I submit to Tracktive?
- Only employees who require access to DBs to facilitate Tracktive services can access the information collected through Tracktive. We have strict privacy policies, keep detailed access logs, conduct regular audits, and use secure encryption to protect the information.
Who can access my personal and commercial data collected by Tracktive?
- Only employees who require access to a user’s personal and commercial data to fulfill the requirements of their jobs (for example, to determine a user’s eligibility for products and services) can access the personal and commercial data collected through Tracktive services. We have strict privacy policies, keep detailed access logs, conduct regular audits, and use secure encryption to protect the information.
Does Tracktive share information with other SSI companies or third parties?
- No. Any information collected through Tracktive’s services are not combined with other user data or SSI data. In addition, information will not be shared or communicated with third-party companies.
How is user information stored? How long is it stored?
- All user information is encrypted and stored on private and secure SSI or customer owned servers.
- Data saved/stored on Customer servers is stored per the customer’s data archiving procedures.
- Data saved/stored on Tracktive’s servers is stored for a period of six (6) months after customer has terminated the Tracktive Service and received a copy of the data. After which the Data is permanently deleted.
What does Tracktive do with the data/information it collects?
- Tracktive uses information solely to provide work-management services for it’s customers, and to enhance those services regularly for customers to leverage in their operations.
